The MSC coordinates services for the Homeless in the Long Beach area. The MSC connects homeless individuals with the following services: Case management, Housing Services, Homeless Prevention, Medical services through a clinic, Obtaining vital records and identification, Mail services, Employment assistance, Ham reduction services, Mental heath support, Safe parking program and more. Most shelters require referrals from the MSC.
Homeless services co-located at the MSC: The Children's Clinic, Goodwill, Help Me Help You (Food), LA County Probation, LA County Metro, Mental Health America- supportive services for Veterans, AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Anthem Blue Cross, Asian American Drug Abuse Program.
Case Management services are first come, first served; come early, as appointment slots are usually full before noon.
Clothing available dependent on donations, please ask at the front desk.
Showers available 8:30-11:30am and 1:30-3pm M-F.
