The Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance, Inc. (OCAPICA) was established in 1997 with the mission to build a healthier and stronger community by enhancing the well-being of Asians and Pacific Islanders through inclusive partnerships in the areas of service, education, advocacy, organizing, and research.
We provide employment skills training, job search assistance, work readiness workshops, case management, and basic needs assistance.
The Workforce Activation and Readiness Program (WARP) is a professional career building program focus on helping residents of Garden Grove to gain and maintain insightful employment opportunities.
Employment Support and Post-Aid Supportive Services is a CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work referral program. It is to assist previous and current CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work recipients to provide assistance with housing, transportations, foods, hygiene, and career assistance.
