Our mission is to sustain, coordinate, and improve local planning, development, and community services that address the needs of low-income and working-class residents and small businesses in South Los Angeles.
CRCD Provides 7 supportive housing developments for Transition Age Youth including wraparound services for former foster youth, re-entry youth and those receiving mental health services.
It also operates Youth and Adult WorkSource centers to promote education and employment for the community.
