Roadmap to Success (RMTS) is an in-school or after-school preventative program focused on supporting school-aged students, ages 12 to 18, who are at-risk of experiencing homelessness
Journey to Self-Sufficiency (JTS) Crisis Intervention - A 5 Stage mentoring program targeted to helping young adults between the ages of 18 and 24, who are experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness by equipping them with the tools, skills and support system they need to thrive.
Ancillary Programs:
Outreach Center- provides youth with Safety bringing them in from the cold. Our one-stop centers give Hope, as together, we create blueprints for success and offer referral services.
Street & Community Outreach - Five Days a week, our Street & Community outreach team connects with youth experiencing homelessness in Orange County.
WeDeliver Program - a food and supply delivery program that every single one of our youth can access to help them get the nutrition and basic needs they need to effectively focus on a healthy and safe future.
Housing - StandUp for Kids – Orange County is a housing first provider. Our goal is finding stable housing for youth.
