LINC- Spark at Midtown

23 units for households that are eligible for services through referred the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS), 24 units will be designated for households referred by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH). All Supportive Housing units will be referred through the City of Long Beach Homeless Services Division through the Coordinated Entry System (CES). 47 units are designated for low income households referred by the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach (HACLB)
