The La Habra Collaborative's vision is to develop a membership program to leverage key partnerships to expand capacity and impact for meeting the needs of the La Habra Community. We are on a mission to improve La Habra residents' health and wellness through access to early childhood education, centralize community resources and programs, and ensure nutritious food security.
We are currently in process of expanding a referral network service. As mentioned above the majority of our work is with other partners who want to support La Habra families.
